The Toowoomba Philharmonic Society has been a staple of choral life in Toowoomba since its founding in 1903. With a rich history of musical excellence, our choirs have brought joy to the community, performing iconic works, providing space for artists to come together, all while adapting to the changing times.

Now, as we head into our 122nd year, we are thrilled to announce an extraordinary 2025 project: a tour of Handel’s Messiah across Southeast Queensland and Norfolk Island.

This project offers a rare opportunity for supporters, sponsors, and music lovers to join us on a musical journey filled with passion, friendship, and unforgettable performances.

From local concerts in Nanango, Toowoomba, and Warwick to two performances on Norfolk Island, this is a celebration of music, community, and the enduring spirit of the Toowoomba Philharmonic Society.
